Alpha Omicron Pi Installation

On Nov. 9, 2014 the Alpha Mu chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi was officially installed at Duquesne University after months of hard work from the new members, the Office of Greek Life, the AOII colonization team and our resident Educational Leadership Consultant, Kelli Gatti. The day began with a special ritual ceremony and a total of 68 amazing women were initiated into the AOII sisterhood. A special reception followed and was attended by many AOII sisters and their supporters. The Alpha Omicron Pi International President, Allison Allgier, spoke to the group and reflected upon the chapter’s accomplishments thus far. This included the new members’ choosing of a sub motto, “Forever yours and always mine,” words that speak so well to the unique identity of the chapter’s legacy within AOII and at Duquesne. Those at the reception also heard from Jaclyn Fiedore, the newly installed Alpha Mu Chapter President.
