It’s that time of year again, Greek Week! Greek Week is a tradition here at Duquesne, dating all the way back to the 1960’s on the Bluff. Our organizations look forward to this friendly competition each year, as they unite together to raise money for charity. During the week of March 30, 2014, numerous events will be taking place. All students, parents, staff and alum are welcome to come out for this great cause.
We will begin our week with a Mass, followed by Greek Games. The Games include dizzy bat, relay races, tug of war, etc. Can-struction is another great event in which the fraternities and sororities create their own structures out of aluminum cans. We will also have a blood drive for the Red Cross, the Greek God and Goddess Pageant and a dodge ball game. Greek Week will end with our biggest event, Greek Sing, where the fraternities and sororities are paired up and perform 10 minute routines of song and dance. We hope to see you there
