Dec. 2-5 marked the 9th Annual Fair Trade Week, sponsored by Spiritan Campus Ministry, in the Division of Mission and Identity. Throughout the week, local Fair Trade vendors sold handicrafts from all over the world in the PNC Atrium, where many students, faculty and staff got some Christmas shopping done! Newly added this year, was a movie screening of CNBC’s The Coffee Addiction with a lively student discussion following. On Tuesday evening, there was a Fair Trade Dinner and Fashion Show with students modeling Fair Trade fashions and eating Fair Trade food sourced from all over the world. The week was a success due to the hard work and collaboration or students and community partners alike!
