The finals tradition continues at the Gumberg Library! On Wednesday, Dec. 10 at 3 p.m., students are invited to take a break from studying and enjoy food and refreshments courtesy of the Student Government Association. SGA Study Break takes place on the 4th floor of the Gumberg Library. Get in line early!

On Sunday, March 16, 2014, the new officers of the Student Government Association, Residence Hall Association, Commuter Council, Student Government Senate, Duquesne Program Council, Class Councils, Interfraternity Council, Panhellenic Council, Professional Fraternity Council, and the newly founded Black Greek Council were installed at the 11 a.m. Mass in the University Chapel. On Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014, over 25 student organizations participated in the 3rd annual Tipoff Tailgate. This successful and highly spirited event, sponsored by Student Government Association, Duquesne Program Council and Athletics, was organized to encourage student attendance for the nationally televised men’s basketball game against the La Salle Explorers.
