Idea Development Workshops Scheduled for Rangos Prizes Competition

Faculty and students participating in the Rangos Prizes competition can learn about other participants’ projects and continue to develop their own ideas at two upcoming workshops.

Nine student prizes and nine faculty prizes of $1,000 each will be awarded during this first year of the Rangos Prizes competition. The awards will be used to develop classes, course materials and academic programs designed to engage a new generation of Duquesne students and equip them with a core set of ethical/moral values, knowledge and the skills to become leaders in an evolving society.

The Idea Development workshops, which will be held in Room 727 of Fisher Hall, are scheduled for:

  • Tuesday, April 16, from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
  • Wednesday, April 24, from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
