Nearly 75 children from area daycare centers joined Duquesne students, faculty and staff members for a campus Read-In to celebrate .
The Sept. 8 event was co-sponsored by Duquesne’s Phi Kappa Phi chapter, the Gumberg Library and the School of Education to help raise awareness of the importance and value of literacy and reading.

While Spring Break provides an opportunity for students to vacation or stay home for relaxation, 65 Duquesne students and staff will take this time to embark on Cross-Cultural Mission Experiences (CCME) that will impact six different areas in the country.
