Nearly 75 children from area daycare centers joined Duquesne students, faculty and staff members for a campus Read-In to celebrate .
The Sept. 8 event was co-sponsored by Duquesne’s Phi Kappa Phi chapter, the Gumberg Library and the School of Education to help raise awareness of the importance and value of literacy and reading.
