Seminar Provides Computer Forensics Updates with ‘Digital Detectives’
The Wecht Institute will kick off its Spring five-part Forensic Fridays series this week with Digital Detectives: A Computer Forensics Update.
“As digital forensics continues to grow as a critical scientific discipline for national security, law enforcement, and the private sector, this program has been designed to provide an overview of current legal, technical and practical issues in digital forensics, including real-world examples,” said Ben Wecht, program coordinator for the Wecht Institute.

Digital Detectives will be held from 1 to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 18, in the Africa Room.
Forensic Fridays, a continuing legal education (CLE) and professional education series, is geared toward meeting the needs of legal and scientific professionals allied with the practice of forensic science.
