Dr. Erroline Williams

The Leadership Challenge Certificate, an eight-week, noncredit program, starts on Thursday, March 6. Based on The Leadership Challenge, a book by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner, the certificate program offers an interactive learning environment strategically designed to motivate and teach those looking to enhance their leadership qualities through their own specific learning styles.

The Leadership Challenge Certificate program enables participants to stretch critical thinking and collaborative skills with other like-minded professionals. Conducted in an experiential format, the program affords opportunities to:

  • Identify leadership strengths and weaknesses
  • Experiment with new techniques
  • Observe role models and study cases
  • Reflect on personal experiences
  • Engage in enlightening and insightful dialogue.

A combination of immersive, hands-on techniques and established principles of leadership, the program provides students with a way to develop their own set of best practices. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate and Continuing Education Credits.
