Dr. Diane Borello-France, an associate professor of physical therapy in the Rangos School of Health Sciences, co-authored a study involving 374 women being monitored for two years after incontinence and prolapse procedures. The research, Comparison of 2 Transvaginal Surgical Approaches and Perioperative Behavioral Therapy for Apical Vaginal Prolapse: The OPTIMAL Randomized Trial, was published in the March 2014 issue of The Journal of the American Medical Association.
