Sister Rosemary Donley, S.C., professor of nursing and the Jacques Laval Chair for Justice for Vulnerable Populations, has been named a second-place winner for best essay by the Catholic Press Association for an article that she wrote for Health Progress, the official journal of the Catholic Health Association of the United States. The article, Catholic Tradition and Veterans’ Care, appeared in the May/June 2013 issue of the journal.

Dr. Peter Wildfong, associate professor of pharmaceutics, co-presented an eLearning webinar, The Future of Graduate Education—A Joint Presentation by AAPS and AACP, on June 26 on behalf of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists Student/Postdoctoral Outreach and Development Committee.

Dr. Gulnoza Yakubova, assistant professor of special education, presented Problem-Solving Intervention and Autism: Improving Vocational Task Performance at the ICare4autism International Autism Conference held in New York City from June 30-July 2.
