Former Off-Ramp Re-Opens as The Incline with New Look and Menu Options
The Duquesne Dining restaurant formerly known as The Off-Ramp, located on the first floor of the Union, re-opened on Sept. 2 as The Incline, a completely renovated dining facility with new menu options.
In addition to a dramatic change in appearance, the restaurant now features three dining stations:
- Build-a-Burger
- Rustica
- Salads by Design.
Build-a-Burger and Salads by Design allow patrons the opportunity to customize a meal by selecting various ingredients. Grilled cheese has been added to the Build-a-Burger station based on student feedback, and two soups are now offered daily.
The Rustica station, formerly 1878 pizza, now features a 9,000 pound wood-fired pizza oven and the addition of baked pasta dishes. This station will also continue to serve custom-made hoagies, which can now be toasted with The Incline’s new Turbo-Chef oven, which cooks more quickly and efficiently.
