Grants Received
Funds totaling $31,061 were recently received by the School of Education and the Small Business Development Center.
- Dr. Melissa Boston, Department of Instruction and Leadership in Education, School of Education, $10,500, from Intermediate Unit 1, Coal Center, Pa., for travel, training and general expenses. This brings the award total to $22,500.
- The Small Business Development Center (SBDC), $20,561, from Catalyst Connection, a Pennsylvania non-profit, which received JOBS1st funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. The funds will be used for the Southwestern Region PREP Program. Dr. Mary McKinney, SBDC director, will administer the award.
