Training Tracker System to be Replaced with MyLEAD

The Office of Human Resource Management is preparing to launch MyLEAD (My Learning, Education and Development), the new employee training registration and tracking system that will replace DU Training Tracker on Monday, Nov. 17.

“MyLEAD will provide a more intuitive and user-friendly system to find and register for employee workshops,” said Human Resources Training and Development Manager Joyce Valent. “Current employees will be able to find upcoming workshops that are open for registration a month at a time as well as by course title. Completed training transcripts can be found at a click of a button.”

The new system will also be helpful for managers and supervisors. “They will be able to view their direct reports’ upcoming registered training workshops as well as report on any completed and incomplete necessary training, individually or for all their direct reports,” Valent added.

Registration is now open for the following MyLEAD general overview sessions, which will inform attendees how to access and navigate the new system:

  • Wednesday, Oct. 29, 1:30 p.m., Maurice Falk Lecture Hall
  • Tuesday, Nov. 4, 1 p.m., 719 Fisher Hall
  • Tuesday, Nov. 11, 9:30 a.m., Union’s Africa Room
  • Friday, Nov. 21, 9:30 a.m., Union’s Africa Room.

In addition to the general overview, managers and supervisors can register to attend one of the following workshops in Room 103 of Rockwell Hall to learn more about the system’s reporting features:

  • Wednesday, Nov. 19, 9:30 a.m.
  • Wednesday, Nov. 19, 11 a.m.
