- Dr. Rachael Miller Neilan, assistant professor of mathematics and computer science, $9,830, a Faculty Development Fund award for A Mathematical Model for Feral Cat Colonies in Pittsburgh and Analysis of Optimal Cost-Effective TNR Policies.
- Dr. Jotham Parsons, associate professor of history, $2,384, a Faculty Development Fund award for Money, Society and Salvation in the Century of Saints.
- Dr. Waganesh A. Zeleke, assistant professor of counseling, psychology and special education, $4,752, a Faculty Development Fund award for Improving Multicultural Competency to Reduce the Mental Healthcare Disparity for Immigrant Children with Autism.
- Dr. Jan Janecka, assistant professor of biological sciences, and Matt Jevit, master’s degree student, $2,000, from the Explorers Club to support Jevit’s travel to Mongolia to conduct research.
