  • Dr. Gibbs Kanyongo, associate professor, School of Education, $43,574, from ASSET Inc., for a program evaluation. The award runs through June 30, 2018.
  • Dr. Melissa Boston and Dr. Carol Parke, associate professors, and Dr. James Schreiber, professor, School of Education, $138,172, from a National Science Foundation grant to the Educational Development Center for Designing for Equity by Thinking In and About Mathematics.
  • Dr. Khalid Kamal, associate professor of clinical, social and administrative sciences, and Dr. Jordan Covvey, assistant professor of pharmacy administration, Mylan School of Pharmacy, $46,950, from the Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp., for The Impact of Cancer Treatment of Work Productivity in Patients and Caregivers: A Review of the Evidence.
