Receive a $250 Award for Knowing Your Numbers

Faculty and staff are encouraged to participate in the annual Know Your Numbers Campaign—a wellness program that awards participants with $250 for completing an online wellness profile and a set of general health screenings designed to help them better understand their health.

To qualify, an employee must be enrolled in a University-sponsored medical plan. In addition, they must fill out the online wellness profile on their provider’s website and complete a set of health screenings including blood sugar levels, total cholesterol, blood pressure and body mass index (BMI). The screenings can be performed by either a personal physician or for free at Duquesne’s Center for Pharmacy Care, located in the Muldoon Building.

Employees who submit all of the required documentation by Thursday, Dec. 31, 2015, will receive the taxable $250 in their Friday, Feb. 5, 2016, pay. One award will be presented per eligible family.

All employee information is kept confidential, and the benefits office receives notification only of the completed requirements. Participants will be notified via email when their documentation forms and online assessment information has been received and approved.
