“As early pioneers in online education, the nursing faculty remain committed to preparing our students with relevant online pedagogies, stretching students to address clinical problems and find solutions to pressing national and global health care challenges,” said Dr. Mary Ellen Glasgow, dean and professor of nursing at Duquesne University. “We are very proud to be recognized again for our efforts in online education.”

For its methodology, College Choice considered factors including academic reputation, acceptance rate, tuition and average graduate earnings. The website utilized data collected directly from school websites, U.S. News and World Report, the National Center for Education Statistics and Payscale.com, among other available sources.
