Annual Staff Appreciation Day at the Ballpark a Success

Posted on April 20, 2016

Hundreds of Duquesne employees enjoyed a picnic lunch, raffle prizes and a fun-filled afternoon at PNC Park as part of the annual staff appreciation day on April 14.

As part of the luncheon, Mary McIntyre, assistant to the president, presented President Charles J. Dougherty with a personalized Pirates jersey in gratitude and recognition for his generosity in hosting an employee day at the ballpark for the past 15 years.

Despite the Pittsburgh Pirate’s loss to the Detroit Tigers, staff members enjoyed the day.
