Dr. Karen Ferrick-Roman, media relations manager, has been appointed to a two-year term on the board of the Merrick Art Gallery in New Brighton.
Dr. Marc Harrold, professor of chemistry and biochemisty in the Mylan School of Pharmacy, was presented with the 2016 Jack L. Beal Postbaccalaureate Award by the Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. The award recognizes alumni who’ve made outstanding contributions to the profession of pharmacy, in the fields of public health and public service, and/or promoting the activities of the college and its students.
