Libermann Luncheon Celebrates Duquesne’s 138th Birthday

Birthday cake and a brief history of Duquesne University will be served at the next Libermann Luncheon as part of the annual Heritage Week celebration.

Hosted by Spiritan Campus Ministry, the luncheon will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 5, at noon in the Africa Room.

Thomas White, University archivist and curator of special collections, will present on topics ranging from Duquesne’s growth from a college to a university to the impact of the World Wars and the Great Depression on campus life.
