Grants Received

Funds totaling $80,000 were recently received by the A.J. Palumbo School of Business Administration, the Bayer School of Natural and Environmental Sciences (BSNES) and the School of Education.

  • The A.J. Palumbo School of Business Administration, $60,000, from the PNC Foundation, for a subscription to the Wharton Research Data Service and CRSP/Compustat Merged Database. Dr. Dean McFarlin, dean of the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business, will administer the award.
  • Dr. Sarah Woodley, associate professor of biological sciences, BSNES, $10,000, from the Center for Community-Engaged Teaching and Research and the Office of the Provost, for community-engaged research.
  • Dr. Sandra Quinones, assistant professor of instruction and leadership in education, School of Education, $10,000, from the Center for Community-Engaged Teaching and Research and the Office of the Provost, for community-engaged research.
