Annual Founders Week Celebration Focuses on Wellbeing

The work, vision and mission of Duquesne’s Spiritan founders will be celebrated with a series of on-campus events during the upcoming Founders Week celebration, starting on Monday, Jan. 29. This year’s theme, Be Well in the Spirit, will focus on how the idea of wellbeing touches all aspects of life: psychological, physical, emotional, social and spiritual.

“‘Be Well in the Spirit’ involves finding wellbeing through our relationship with the Divine and by connecting to one another,” explained Luci-Jo DiMaggio, director of mission animation in the Division of Mission and Identity. “Our hope is the week will allow for all of us to reflect on what it is that positively effects our wellbeing.”
