Know Your Numbers Campaign Continues

The next deadline to participate in the University’s Know Your Numbers campaign—a wellness program that awards staff and faculty who participate in various wellness initiatives—is fast approaching.

Open to all employees enrolled in a University medical plan, the program encourages employees to work toward better health by learning about their important health numbers, such as blood pressure, BMI, cholesterol and blood sugar.

Participants are required to complete an online wellness profile and a general health screening by Saturday, March 31, in order to receive a $250 reward in the pay of Friday, May 11.

Employees will have one final opportunity to complete the requirements in the current plan year. Employees will have until the campaign concludes on Saturday, June 30, to submit required documentation in order to receive their reward in the first pay of August 2018.

All information from the wellness profile and health screening is confidential; the benefits office only receives notification of completed profiles and screening. Additional information and Know Your Numbers instructions are available on the Benefits Office website.

To schedule a free screening, contact the Center for Pharmacy Care at 412.396.2155.
