Funds totaling $54,092 were recently received by the School of Education and the School of Pharmacy.

• Dr. Jason Margolis, professor and chair of the department of instructional leadership, School of Education, $45,314, from the Nellie Mae Educational Foundation passed through the University of Pennsylvania. Margolis will co-lead a study of promising teacher leadership programs around the United States, with special attention to those promoting student-centered instruction, and an in-depth, mixed method investigation of the implementation and impacts of two promising programs.
• Dr. Jamie McConaha, associate professor of pharmacy practice, School of Pharmacy, $8,778, from the Pennsylvania Department of Health, for the Tobacco Cessation Resource Project.
