Let Us Know: How Can Gumberg Better Meet Your Needs?

The Gumberg Library seeks feedback regarding its collections, services and building spaces. Gumberg invites students, faculty, and staff to share their input by completing the LibQUAL+ Lite Survey between Feb. 2 to March 8:

LibQUAL+ Lite is a rigorously tested, validated survey used by more than 1,000 libraries. Using it enables Duquesne to:

  • Benchmark results against other university libraries in the U.S. and abroad.
  • Determine how to best allocate resources to meet user needs.

Gumberg has conducted the LibQUAL+ Lite Survey every three years since 2006 to assess the library’s progress and continue to improve as user needs change. Based on feedback from the 2012 LibQUAL+ Lite Survey, for example, the library decided to extend hours. Your input in the 2015 survey will similarly influence future plans and decisions.

Additionally, those who participate in the survey will be eligible to win one of several prizes, including an iPad Mini and a Kindle Fire.

All survey responses will be anonymous and confidential.

This study has been approved by the Duquesne University Institutional Review Board.
