Body For Break

A five-week program in which participants receive a free, weekly e-mail containing a six-day workout.  First email occurs the week of Jan. 26.  Free to all students, faculty andstaff!  To sign up, email fitness@duq.edu.

SAFE Program

Free, Public Safety led women’s self-defense class, Wednesday, Feb. 4, 7-8:30 p.m. in 205 Power Center.  To register, email mccarthyd@duq.edu.

Black Light Yoga

Open your heart on Friday, Feb. 13 for Black Light Yoga.  This free event features a Vinyasa-style yoga flow under a black light.  Wear pastels or white, grab your yoga mat and come on over!  To register, email lasurea@duq.edu.

New Equipment

Come try out one of our new Life Fitness Ellipticals or TRUE brand upright or recumbent bikes!  All of the new pieces utilize a touch screen interface featuring trail “rides” or the TV/mp3 functions!
