Aradhna M. Oliphant

Oliphant, a notable figure among Pittsburgh’s business and civic leaders, will share her presentation Authenticity in Leadership.

“Oliphant has been a strong community leader and role model for many young, aspiring professionals in the region for many years,” said Dr. Jim Weber, executive director of the Beard Institute. “This is her second visit to Duquesne as the Distinguished Ethics Speaker, and I know that the students will certainly benefit from hearing her remarks on leadership authenticity.”

The Distinguished Ethics Speaker Series is part of the Beard Institute’s mission to support ethics education in the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business. In its 25th year, the series brings together students, faculty and invited guests from the regional business community to explore a variety of ethical and community issues, encouraging an in-depth reflection on problems of human values in contemporary society.

The event is free and open to the public. For more information, contact Victoria Williams at 412.396.1849.
