Funds totaling $391,431 were awarded to the School of Education and Mylan School of Pharmacy.
- Dr. Julia Williams, assistant professor, $8,500, from the Berks County Intermediate Unit, to work with the PA Key program to align early childhood course content with the Pennsylvania Core Knowledge Competencies for Early Childhood and School-Age Professionals.
- Dr. Rehana Leak, $382,931, a three-year R-15 award from the National Institutes of Health, National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, for Impact of N-acetyl Cysteine Ethyl Ester on A-synuclein Pathology in the Olfactory System. The grant extends through June 30, 2018.
