Forensic Fridays Session Explains the ABCs of the Patent Process

The ins and outs of the patent process will the focus of So You Have an Invention? The Patent Process from Conception to Commercialization, the next Forensic Friday session presented by the Cyril H. Wecht Institute of Forensic Science and Law.

The session, which will be held from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. this Friday, May 20, in Room 204 of the School of Law, will address the patent process, from conception to commercialization and from licensing to litigation.

Featured presenters include Dr. Gwen R. Acker Wood, a patent attorney and former neurologist; Anthony H. Handal, an intellectual property trial attorney and technology company organizer; and Monami D. Roy, a patent attorney.
