Traffic Restrictions for Freshman Move-In
Surface parking will be prohibited along the move-in route during Freshman Move-In, which is slated for Tuesday, Aug. 16, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The move-in route—which will be one-way traffic—is as follows: Bluff Street to McAnulty Drive to Locust Street to Seitz Street and Vickroy Street.
A “No Parking” restriction will go into effect along the move-in route at 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 15, and continue through upper class move-in at various locations on campus through Sunday, Aug. 21, at 11 p.m.
“No Parking” signs will be posted in the affected areas. Vehicles parked along the move-in route during the restricted time period will be towed. Surface parking permit holders will be permitted to park in the Forbes Garage during this time.
No deliveries will be permitted on Tuesday, Aug. 16, due to Freshman Move-In. The affected departments are asked to contact any vendors regarding the parking restrictions for on-campus deliveries during the remainder of the week.
