Dr. Ronald Arnett, chair and professor of communication and rhetorical studies, has been elected to be a National Communication Association (NCA) Distinguished Scholar—the NCA’s highest award, which recognizes a lifetime of scholarly achievement in the study of human communication. He will be formally announced at the November 2017 NCA Convention in Dallas, Texas.
