Duquesne Confers Degrees to Nearly 370 Students

Duquesne President Ken Gormley conferred degrees upon 369 graduating students at the annual Winter Commencement ceremony on Dec. 15.

The University also awarded an honorary Doctorate of Business Leadership degree to Pittsburgh Penguins President and Chief Executive Officer David Morehouse during the ceremony at the A.J. Palumbo Center. Morehouse has been an integral part of the Penguins’ success, helping the team to secure a new arena deal and win three Stanley Cups during his tenure.
