Dr. John Mitcham, assistant professor of history, gave the plenary address at a symposium hosted by the Australian Centre for the Study of Armed Conflict and Society. The Aug. 1 symposium, titled The Great War: Where Do We Go Next?, was held at the University of New South Wales in Canberra, Australia.
