Grants Received

Funds totaling $1,000,862 were recently received by the School of Education, the School of Nursing and the Small Business Development Center (SBDC).

  • School of Education, $400,000, from the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation, to support a STEM teaching fellowship program. Provost David Dausey will serve as principal investigator.
  • Kathleen Sekula, professor of nursing, School of Nursing, $483,989, from the Health Resources and Services Administration, for the Advanced Nurse Education-Sexual Nurse Assault Examiner program.
  • SBDC, $116,873, from the Small Business Administration passed through Kutztown University. Dr. Mary McKinney, director of the SBDC, will administer the award.
