CTS Help Desk Implements Online Chat

Members of the campus community can now contact the Computing and Technology Services (CTS) Help Desk for assistance using online chat.

Multi-Factor Authentication with DUO

The new online chat option is available at duq.edu/cts. Users can click the “Need Help?” button in the bottom right corner of the browser window, then submit their name, email address and phone number to be connected with a CTS Help Desk consultant in a chat session.

Online chat offers quick resolution time and other benefits, and is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Users who need assistance at any other time can contact the CTS Help Desk at help@duq.edu, 412.396.4357 or in person on the second floor of the Union.
