Dr. Mary Ellen Glasgow, professor and dean of the School of Nursing, presented How Leadership Development for Nurse Leaders has Changed and What is Essential for Nurse Leaders for the Future at the 40th Anniversary Southwestern Pennsylvania Organization of Nurse Leaders Conference Aug. 30 at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort.
Dr. Sarah MacMillen, associate professor of sociology, had her article Attention as Waiting: Complementary Critiques in an Age of Technique via Simone Weil and Jacques Ellul published by the International Jacques Ellul Society
Dr. Courtney Montepara, assistant professor in the School of Pharmacy, recently published her second children’s book, Eli the Elephant and His Trunk of Truth. Her children’s book centers around positive, values-based messages.
