Free Film Screenings to Precede Integrity of Creation Conference

The annual Integrity of Creation Conference is sponsoring two documentary film screenings leading up to the main conference events.

Integrity of Creation Conference: Towrrds a Healthy Planet

Paris to Pittsburgh will be screened Tuesday, Sept. 24, at 12:15 p.m. in the Power Center Ballroom. The film celebrates Americans’ demands for solutions in the face of climate change.

A screening of The Land of High Mountains will be held Tuesday, Sept. 24, at 3 p.m. in the Power Center Ballroom. The film seeks to respect, support and celebrate the children and families of Haiti and the individuals serving the most vulnerable populations at St. Damien Pediatric Hospital in Port-au-Prince.

Enzo Del Brocco, a doctoral candidate in Duquesne’s Center for Healthcare Ethics, is featured in the documentary for his missionary work with at-risk youth in slums and role as St. Damien’s chaplain.

Pizza, popcorn and snacks will be provided at each screening.
