Campus Community Turns Out for Duquesne’s 141st Birthday

Faculty, staff and students enjoyed the summer-like weather during the University Birthday Celebration held yesterday on Academic Walk.

Held in conjunction with Heritage Week, the Office of Mission and Identity celebrates Duquesne’s founding or “birthday” each year on Oct. 1. Guests enjoyed games, snow cones, free t-shirts and frisbees, a photo booth and, of course, birthday cake.
