Spiritan Campus Ministry’s Agape Latte Series to Host Next Speaker on Nov. 20

The Spiritan Campus Ministry Agape Latte speaker series returns Wednesday, Nov. 20, with Herb Kolbe, who will present The Adventure of Walking in Faith at 7 p.m. in the Union’s second-floor atrium.

He currently volunteers as an associate for the Coalition for Christian Outreach, a nonprofit Pittsburgh-based campus ministry that works with Christian youth.

The Agape Latte series successfully launched on campus in October with speaker Jeff Mallory, assistant vice president of diversity, inclusion and student advancement, presenting The Path Less Traveled.

“Agape Latte was a great success—so much so that we needed to bring in more chairs at the last minute,” said Campus Minister Deborah Kostosky.

Wearing their Agape Latte pins and T-shirts, the program’s student leadership board chooses speakers and planning activities for each event.

Faculty, staff and students are invited to Agape Latte for “caffeinated conversations” about the intersection of faith and life in a casual and fun atmosphere full of laughter, music, coffee and desserts.
