What have Drs. Fatiha Benmokhtar and Laura Engel been up to?

Dr. Fatiha Benmokhtar, assistant professor of physics, has been appointed to serve on the program committee of the American Physical Society’s Division of Nuclear Physics.  The division works to advance the application of nuclear physics techniques to meet societal needs.

Dr. Laura Engel, professor of English, is co-curating an exhibition at the Lewis Walpole Library at Yale University titled Artful Nature: Fashion and Theatricality, which opens on Thursday, Feb. 6. Engel will also direct a site-specific performance piece based on an 18^th century play in honor of the exhibit.
