The Department of Recreation Services has announced the following offerings:
- Yoga class on Zoom at 4 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
- Basic strength workouts on Zoom from 1 to 1:30 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Nutritionist-Approved weekly meal prep and grocery lists emailed every Friday
- Counselor-Led faculty/staff support group on Zoom at noon on Tuesdays.
In addition, daily workouts are posted on www.facebook.com/DURec.
