Recreation Services Offering Zoom Classes, Workouts and More

The Department of Recreation Services has announced the following offerings:

  • Yoga class on Zoom at 4 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
  • Basic strength workouts on Zoom from 1 to 1:30 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Nutritionist-Approved weekly meal prep and grocery lists emailed every Friday
  • Counselor-Led faculty/staff support group on Zoom at noon on Tuesdays.
