Funds totaling $662,806 were recently received by the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), the Bayer School of Natural and Environmental Sciences (BSNES), and the Rangos School of Health Sciences.
- SBDC, $218,059, from the U.S. Small Business Administration (CARES Act) passed through Kutztown University, to be used for public service. Rich Longo, interim director of the SBDC, will administer the award.

- Brady Porter, BSNES, $6,900, from the Foundation for Pennsylvania Watersheds passed through the Audubon Society of Western Pennsylvania, to support water quality and electrofishing surveys.
- Jaime Munoz and Dr. Anne Marie Hansen, Rangos School of Health Sciences, $5,000, from the Fredric W. Sammons Trust, to support Hansen’s work with occupational therapists in East Africa.
