Women’s History Month Events Highlight Perspectives of Women in Academia

As part of Women’s History Month, faculty and staff are invited to participate in a series of conversations based on selected readings from a collection of essays titled Women Leading Change in Academia.

The readings will highlight perspectives of diverse women academic leaders who discuss their rise to key leadership positions and effective change-making in higher education, despite underlying structural barriers and bias that disadvantage women. The series is sponsored by Duquesne’s Women in STEM, Women’s and Gender Studies program and the Center for Teaching Excellence.

Registered participants will be given access to a copy of their selected chapter(s) through a shared Box folder.
