Customer Satisfaction Training Important for All Duquesne Employees

Duquesne employees in all departments can help increase student and family satisfaction by learning together in the Pathway to Delivering Great Customer Service virtual training Tuesday, May 4, from 9 to 11 a.m.

HR Pathways - Learning TogetherEmployees play a significant role in the University’s reputation and quality, which helps to increase enrollment, retention, alumni support, community partnerships and donor contributions.

Most Duquesne students note that the friendliness of the campus and the staff’s willingness to do whatever it takes to help them succeed is important to them.

The interactive Pathway to Delivering Great Customer Service training session is designed to help employees develop the skills and master the strategies needed to deliver memorable campus experiences. Learning objectives include:

  • Understanding how to increase customer satisfaction within each department
  • Increasing credibility with the University’s customers that translates to value for the University
  • Designing and committing to a personal code of service excellence.

Registration is required. For more details or to register, log into Dori, go to the Pathways Learning and Professional Development web page and search the course catalog under MyLead.
