Public Interest Law Association Auction Goes Online
The University community can support the Public Interest Law Association (PILA) by participating in its live, online auction taking place until noon Saturday, Oct. 24.
The PILA auction, delayed from last spring due to COVID-19, has transitioned to the online-only format. Items up for bid include an overnight golf package, an autographed Paul Coffey Pittsburgh Penguins jersey, Duquesne swag and more. Visit the PILA auction website to check out and bid on available auction items.
The auction proceeds support PILA fellowships, which provide law students 10-week placements with organizations offering direct legal services to low-income and underserved clients. The program is administered through the School of Law’s Clinical Legal Education program.
