Campus Input Invited on Middle States Review

Duquesne is in the midst of a Middle States Commission on Higher Education review for University-wide accreditation. This process involves a draft Periodic Review Report (P.R.R.), which is now available for review by the University community.

The report is comprised of two parts: the P.R.R. report and the Response to Recommendations. Both are located in DORI, under the staff or faculty tab in the Academic Affairs channel.

Thoughtful review by faculty and staff are important to the process, said Dr. Alexandra Gregory, chair of the Middle States Committee.

“The P.R.R. gives us the opportunity to reflect on our accomplishments since our last Middle States site visit five years ago and to consider future opportunities and challenges for Duquesne,” Gregory said. “As a community of higher learning, it is critically important for all of our key stakeholders to provide feedback that can help us to refine the report and to submit the best document possible. Many people have been involved in developing the draft report and we are fortunate to have such committed colleagues here.”

Comments on the document may be submitted to Gregory by Friday, Feb.15.
