Donations for Annual Turkey Drive Collected Through Nov. 21

Members are of the University community are reminded that they can contribute to the 8th annual Office of Multicultural Affairs Turkey Drive through Thursday, Nov. 21.

The Turkey Drive, which is co-sponsored by the Department of History, helps make Thanksgiving Day a festive occasion for local, disadvantaged families.

This year’s goal is to provide 200 families with turkeys. The cost to sponsor dinner for a family is $30, but donations of any size are appreciated and make a difference.

The various ways to make a donation include:

• Donations of cash or check made payable to the Office of Multicultural Affairs can be mailed or delivered in person to Room 106 of the Union
• Department budget transfers can be made to the Turkey Drive Fund
• Giant Eagle gift cards are also accepted.
