Duquesne Recognized as a Top 25 Paralegal School for Job Placement

The Paralegal Institute, one of only three programs in the nation approved by the American Bar Association and administered by a law school, has been ranked among the Top 25 Paralegal Schools for Job Placement.

Online Paralegal Programs, the organization that created the list, ranked Duquesne’s program No. 17 among 270 programs they surveyed.

For their methodology, Online Paralegal Programs reviewed three components to determine job placement after graduation: the average salary of paralegals in the region; the projected job growth in the state until 2020; and the quality of the institution providing the program.

Housed in the School of Law, the Paralegal Institute offers both general practice and specialty certificate options, including:

• Certificate in Corporate Law Concentration
• Certificate in Estates Concentration
• Certificate in Litigation Technology Concentration.
