‘Princeton Review’ Names Graduate Business School as One of Nation’s Top 295

The Donahue Graduate School of Business is among The Princeton Review’s Best 295 Business Schools, 2016 edition, based on how students rate their schools.

“Our recognition by The Princeton Review is, in essence, an affirmation by our students of the value they have received from our programs and faculty,” said Dr. Dean McFarlin, business school dean. “We offer an impressive array of graduate degrees delivered by passionate and engaged professors. That said, we will keep innovating. Graduate business education is evolving rapidly, and we plan to stay at the forefront of these changes to serve our students and their career aspirations.”

School profiles include admission, academics, financial aid, campus life and career/employment information. The profiles also include school ratings (scores from 60 to 99) in five categories, such as admissions selectivity and career statistics, based primarily on institutional data.

“The schools we selected for these guides all offer academically outstanding degrees: we recommend them highly,” said Robert Franek, senior vice president/publisher of The Princeton Review. “Their program offerings vary considerably, and we salute and highlight those distinctions in our profiles.”

Information on the rankings websites is shared about Duquesne’s widely recognized full-time MBA with a focus on sustainability, as well as the professional MBA with evening and online classes, a full-time master of accountancy program and master’s degrees in information systems management. Additionally, joint degree programs can be pursued for those with interest in environmental science and management, health management systems, industrial pharmacy, law, nursing and more.

The Princeton Review listing is based upon surveys of 22,000 students attending the schools, on average, 74 students per school. An 80-question survey asked students to rate their schools, all accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business or international bodies, on several topics and report on their experiences.
