Mailing Services Relocating to Des Places Living Learning Center
The Department of Mailing Services is relocating from the basement of Rockwell Hall to Room 106 of the ground floor of the Des Places Living Learning Center, effective Friday, Aug. 17.
“Mailing Services new location will be open in Des Places Hall for full-service mail operation and package pick up by the end of this week,” said Bill Zilcosky, senior director of facility services and operations. “It will be accessible through a newly modified entry off of Stevenson Street.”
Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., with extended hours to 6 p.m. beginning Monday, Aug. 27, through the first few weeks of the fall semester for student parcel pick up.
Mailing services is the central mail facility for the University and serves as the liaison to the United States Postal Service (USPS). The processing of all internal mail and incoming USPS mail for distribution throughout campus will be executed through the Des Places Hall location. All outgoing and standard mail also will be processed at this location.
